*One year of free standard maintenance ($660 value) will cover web hosting, yearly third-party SaaS (software as a service) fees and up to 2 minor changes per month. Minor changes are limited to: adding links, changing text, replacing images, calendar updates and event updates. Standard maintenance fees will be billed after the first year at a total cost of $660 per year, payable one year from initial deployment date. Additional minor changes exceeding the 2 allotted per month will be billed at $100/hour.
